hi, Please forgive me if this question is too silly..:-) I have a machine with a Buslogic scsi card. I have 2 hard disks(scsi) of 1 and 2GB capacity. Now my root partition will be on the 1GB hard disk. So when configuring for compilation of a new kernel, make the buslogic driver as a module? and what about the actual scsi driver? Should it be compiled as a module or built into the kernel? Please remember I have only scsi on my machine. Any help or comments on this will be welcome.
