Did you enable ISP2100 bios? If enabled, the bios should detect the
6 drives and display some messages.
BTW, RH6.0 has built-in support to QLogic cards. Did you have a look
at the kernel configuration to avoid using insmod?

I have a qlogic ISP2100 card with 6 fiber channel drives. The drives come
up correctly in the bios and the bios verification, but when the driver is
insmod'ed with (under redhat 6.0 standard install)
insmod qlogicfc.o
It reports only one SCSI device. I try to read it, and it works. I write,
and I get a kernel panic.
