My linux 2.2.12 smp system kernel panicked and locked solid when I tried ripping
audio tracks from my scsi CD-R using cdparanoia and when using it to play mp3s
with x11amp. The full bug report is attached to this message.

Thanks.

Summary: Kernel panic while using CD-R attached to AHA-2920 SCSI card.

Description: I was using cdparanoia as root to rip audio tracks from an
audio CD in the scsi CD-R attached to the AHA-2920 when I got an error
message about "non-reentrant code" and then a kernel panic. My machine
also locked solid in X when I was playing mp3s off the CD-R using x11amp,
and I think that lock was related to the kernel panic.

Other info:

I have an Abit BP6 Dual PPGA Celeron motherboard with 2 Intel Celeron 466s.
The SCSI controller is an Adaptec 2920 (AHA-2920) which uses the fdomain
driver. It has worked fine in the past on my old P200 system for burning CD-Rs
at 4x and playing mp3s.
