The 5.1.21 version of the aic7xxx driver has a fix in it for some corruption
issues on a few specific Ultra2 Adaptec controller chips.  You should probably
upgrade to the latest 2.2 kernel in order to get that driver (2.2.14pre7 or
later I think).
