Hello, I'm still learning and am trying to do some testing with Linux (v2.2.9-v2.2.14) using a couple of different HBA's and an external storage box. It would appear that the kernel doesn't support skipping LUN 0....is this correct? I've set up the storage devices starting with 0, 1 (instead of 0,0) through 0,3 skipping to 2, 0 through 2,6, then 4,0 through 4,3. The host will show devices 2,0 and after, but nothing pertaining to 0,1 through 0,3. Is this reaction appropriate? If so, is this specified in scsi.c in the peripheral qualifier field? Thanks for the help. Heather - To unsubscribe from this list: send the line "unsubscribe linux-scsi" in the body of a message to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
