Basically, if all devices on the SCSI bus run off of the same
power i.e. are controlled by one AC switch, then:
1. Termination in the device: No need for termination power.
2. Separate termination module: Need termination power.
If the terminated device can be (and is) powered off separately,
then termination power is required to keep the SCSI bus terminated
when the device is powered off.
