Hi all, I've verified this: A plain 2.2.15 kernel with the aic7xxx 5.1.28 driver does not have the problem accessing my external ZIP. Going to aic7xxx 5.1.29 I can no longer exchange data mit the ZIP (no read or write possible) and the whole SCSI bus is reset and locked up. However, the kernel does **NOT** panic.
