Didn't change anything. I suppose there could be some conflict with the
graphics card, but from my non-expert view I don't see a conflict (see
the cat /proc/pci output below).

The last thing I've thought about with this problem has been on
acceptable voltage and temperature tolerances, but I haven't found any
guidelines and the system ran with no problems for a year before adding
SCSI. The hardware monitor reports:

        Setting         Actual
        -------         ------
        3.3v            3.4 to 3.5
        +12v            11.9 to 12.0
        -12v            -11.5 to -11.6
        -5v             -4.8 to -4.9

        CPU running at 120 to 123 degrees (Farenheit)
        Cabinet: 80 degrees Farenheit

While I don't have a temperature reading for the drives, I do have drive
fans for them, so I expect they're okay.
