The aacraid driver (formerly known as percraid) is included in the 2.2.16-3 and -4 kernels by Red Hat, available on Red Hat's errata web site, but not on the 6.2 retail media. (There's a driver disk on Dell's web site if you need to install with 6.2 retail). It hasn't been pushed to Linus yet, there's still one outstanding bug we're trying to fix (don't compile the driver into the kernel, leave it as a module and it works great). It'll get sent to Linus RSN we hope.
