I think some behavior has changed in the kernel recently... I'm noticing
that when I umount a drive the ALLOW_MEDIUM_REMOVAL command is getting sent
before a START_STOP command. This is causing some devices I have to get
wedged in a bad state.
Could we revert to sending the START_STOP before we send the
ALLOW_MEDIUM_REMOVAL?
