Caranya??? gampang,
cari directory WindowMaker, kalau tidak di /usr/local/share atau
/usr/share. Copy kesana file themesnya.
Lalu, tar xzf file-themes.tar.gz.
Dan tadaaaaaa..... silakan menikmati themes yang anda d/l itu :-).
