Virtual FS, This option gives you control over the settings of the
Virtual File System information cache...blablabla.. Moreover you can
define a proxy host for doing ftp transfers and configure the Midnight
Commander to always use the proxy host.

FTP File System, The ftpfs allows you to manipulate files on remote
machines, to actually use it, you may try to use the panel command FTP
link (accessible from the menubar) or you may directly change your current
directory to it using the cd command to a path name that looks like this:

contoh ketik langsung waktu njalanin mc (jangan lupa di man dibilang
musti pake tanda seru kalo dibelakang firewall tempat yg loe tuju):
$ cd /#ftp:!behind.firewall.ac.id/pub/linux
setup ftp proxy yg lebih mudah.. jalanin mc, masuk ke option lalu Virtual
FS, setup sendiri bagian 'always use ftp proxy' isi 'gate' nya..
