Hello, saya ada masalah nih utk nyambung ke internet lewat linux, utk
dialer, saya menggunakan rp3 (dialer dari redhat), lalu setelah nyambung
dengan ISP, saya coba utk ngebuka suatu homepage make Netscape, tapi
nggak bisa, trus keluar pesen :
perhaps there is a problem with your name server ?

need to set the $SOCKS_NS environment variable to piont at the
appropriate name server. It may (or may not) be necessary to set this
variable, or the SOCKS host preference, to the IP address of the host
in question rather than its name.
Consult your system administrator.

saya pikir masalahnya di netscape, tapi pas make lynx tetep nggak bisa,
dan ngehubungi server POP3 juga nggak bisa,
sebagai informasi, saya menggunakan RH 6.1.
