MasqMail is a Mail Transfer Agent (MTA) designed for hosts that
are not permanently connected to the internet. It handles
outgoing messages specially and delivers them only when
explicitely told to do so in the ip-up script. It also has support
for multiple providers. The configuration chosen is selected at
delivery time. When offline it behaves like any MTA like for
example sendmail, though not as powerful.
Changes: Anyone in group 'trusted' is now allowed to do queue
runs, support for '--' in options, a few internal changes, and a
new mailing list.
