Mau coba ngejawab,
1. Pastiin services wwwoffle nya udah jalan (kebetulan
saya juga pake suse, jadi kita tinggal kasih
keterangan START_WWWOFFLE="yes" di rc.config nya),
kita bisa lihat waktu boot ada tulisan :
starting service wwwoffle..............done
2. apa udah yakin koneksi onlinenya bagus (pake
wvdial yach) ?
coba waktu udah online di tes ping ke providernya
(misal: www.cbn.net.id), atau ping ke www.linux.or.id.
Kalau emang udah bisa ping ke sana kemari, berarti
koneksi OK.
3. (optional) coba cek di wwwoffle.conf nya, dibagian
nama dari host kita, dan dibagian allowedconnection
kalau enggak salah, pokoknya bagian siap saja yg bisa
akses ke wwwofflenya.
Mudah-mudahan bisa membantu.
(Kalau saya pake lynx (browser text), dan abis
nyoba dari client pake IE dan alhamdulilah lancar)
