yg atas itu ISA PnP kalo yg bawah.. PCI PnP.. yg PCI sih ada tuh driver khusus
buat linux nya.. bisa nggak ya dipake ?!
Installation of RL2000-PCI for Linux Red Hat

If you already have the driver ne2kpci.o skip to step 4
If you must compile the driver from the source.
1) Copy the driver source code as shown. Depends on the Red Hat version you
have the path to copy to might be different.
cp ne2kpci.c /usr/src/modules
2) Change to the path, cd /usr/src/modules and run,
gcc -DMODVERSIONS -DMODULE -D__KERNEL__ -I/user/src/modules O6 -c ne2kpci.c
4) Copy the object code driver to the directory as shown.
cp ne2kpci.o /lib/modules/2.0.xx/net/ne2kpci.o
5) Update kernel's modules dependencies.
/sbin/depmod -a
6) Check /etc/conf.modules:
alias eth0 ne2kpci
7) Reboot system:
/sbin/shutdown -r now
