Kalo konfig ScriptAlias-nya udah benar, kemungkinan lainnya adalah lihat di
file log-nya :
biasanya : /etc/httpd/logs/error_log
lihat aja pesan terakhirnya apa : pake tail /etc/httpd/logs/error_log
disitu akan terlihat penyebabnya apa.
misal ada pesan : premature end of script, maka script cgi Anda yang perlu
diperiksa.
