Halo semua
Mumpung lagi ngomongin kernel ada masalah nih :
- Instal Suse 62 di Athlon K7 550 MHz, gagal saat booting dari cd dan
disk boot instalation, ada error trus hang,
- Lihat ke home page nya Suse memang ada error di MTRR di suse 62 utk
athlon K7, instalasi musti pake disket dg image dari suse update utk
athlon K7,
- Booting dari disket suse update, instalasi sukses, si suse udah bisa
di pake,
- Compile kernel utk support Power Management, image baru di copy ke
/boot, jalankan lilo, sukses,
- Booting, error lagi seperti waktu instalasi awal, hang gak sampai ke
login brrrrr, terpaksa di balikin lagi imagenya,
gimana nih ? apa musti upgrade kernel yah ? suse 62 pake kernel 2.2.10,
btw MTRR apaan sih ?
