Partial lilo prompt
A partial lilo prompt in the most terrifying of all kernel boot error because
it is often difficult to diagnose and fix. Each letter of LILO signifies
a stage in the boot process and can be used to isolate the trouble:
1. L- or LIL usually signifies a media error
2. LI or LIL? signifies that /boot/boot.b is missing, moved, or currupt.
The solution is the same: rerun LILO.
