This troubles me deeply. I am going to be using 2.2 on an SMP production
machine within the next month or two and I will be administrating the
machine remotely. Therefore I need to be 100% certain that it will reboot
when I do a shutdown -r.
I would very much like to see this problem fixed, but I am no kernel
hacker so I'll ask nicely if someone could please look into it for me.
