Folks,

I am running RedHat 5.2 on my new dual XEON machine. It does not
recognize the second processor if I put 1 GB in the machine, but it
does recognize the two processors if I put 767 MB (e.g. 1 GB - 256 MB).

Redhat 5.2 comes w/ the 2.0.36 linux kernel. Does anybody have a recommendation
for upgrading to 2.1.XX or 2.2.XX to solve this problem?

Thanks,
