i really think that is a jaded comment HJ.  slackware works solid like a
rock.

or is it my imagination that our corp mailserver which handles 50-100K
mails a day has been up for more than 430 days.

i must be dreaming, but i could swear this slackware box is pretty dawgone
reliable.
