Ahh, but this is something else from the strict policy
you wanted above...
We should implement something like this with per-user
scheduling. I might get around to implementing something
like this for 2.3, but in the meantime you should grep
all mail archives for SCHED_STRICT, which is a keyword
in one patch that implemented this for 2.1 kernels.
I can help you port it to 2.2, if you really need that...
