This seems to be a GA586DX problem. There were some more people experiencing
it, but the interrupt numbers differed (though I first had to send them a
"show number of unexpected interrupt" patch similar to what is in 2.2.1).

It seems the chipset does not handle IPIs correctly sometimes. Somebody might
want to build a test-kernel and see if there are any regularities so we can
write a workaround.
