Thanks. 2.0 kernels are basically ancient. 2.2 is close to release, and is profoundly better for SMP (as well as UP). if you have any interest in supporting Linux (the phenomenon, the endeavor), you should definitely try 2.1.126 (or 127 shortly). they drop directly into RH (probably 5.0 or better) systems.
