That would be a very serious matter. Probably the sort of thing
that would get Mindcraft stripped of their independant testing
lab credentials

I think you would have to provide proof that Mindcraft used Microsofts setup,
that the person asking was indeed the person asking about stuff for Mindcraft.

Without real proof of those good enough to satisfy people like ZD into
writing a follow up story on it, I don't see anything changing there.
