Hello,

I've been upgrading a bunch of Linux PCs from RH4.2 to RH5.2
and also to kernel 2.2.1 and kernel-level NFS daemon.

All worked fine until I tried to upgrade our dual-CPU machines.
I have compiled the SMP kernel, installed it on a Dual PPro 200MHz
PC (which was working successfully with SMP 2.0.35 kernel) and rebooted.
Both processors were detected, everything seemed to work, the
ethernet card was detected (Kingston KNE 100TX with DC21140 chip)
... but the network is NOT working. I tried both "tulip" and "de4x5"
drivers, but with no success.

Any hints would be very appreciated,

regards, Michal.
