Hi,
I was a few days absent, so I do not know, if there were some other
answers (but I believe, that there were some), so I can give you the
hint to temperature controlled power supplies (don't the right
expression in english).
If you do not want to buy a new supply, there also some "controllers"
for cpu and power supply fans for a later builtin.
I think that was the way Dan choosed.
