I made that patch available and I do "maintain" the web-pages
(http://www.cs.inf.ethz.ch/~rauch/procps.html). However, I have been
very busy during the last semester, so I feel sorry for the people who
sent in patches for newer kernels.. I didn't put them online because
of the lack of time :-(
As the new 2.2 kernels are now out, I should probably rewrite the
instructions anyway and adapt the patches (I already received a patch
for 2.2.0). But I think my patches to procps have bugs in some
calculations, so I should fix them too (if anybody volunteers, I'll
publish the patches on the web-pages).
