For a switch you might want to check the Cisco Catalyst series, and 3Com,
Bay Networks and Compaq have switches that support Jumbo Frames.  I can't
remember the model numbers unfortunately.

Alteon ACESwitches also stack to expand the number of ports. Probably not
the most cost effective method, but it does work rather well.

I believe that is actually harder to find a NIC that supports Jumbo Frames
than for switches.  But I could be seriously mistaken.  Jumbo Frames if
rapidly being adopted, but that also means that it will most likely not work
with existing infrastructure devices.
