Of all those running Soyo D6IBA with dual processors, what version of the board do you have? There is a 7880A version that says 'BD-2AAx' when it boots up and a 7880B that says 'BDB-2AAx' when it boots up. I tried disabling APM in the BIOS and kernel to no avail. 2.2.9 with the latest drivers for 3c905B didn't work either. It just locks up after 20 minutes to 12 hours of uptime. I had a chance to work on the console and the screen just freezes with the cursor blinking and doesn't respond to any network request or keyboard input. Also, I read about a deadlock detection patch, but I couldn't find any information on how it works. Is it in 2.2.9 by default? hoping that someone else has had similar problems, kenny - Linux SMP list: FIRST see FAQ at http://www.irisa.fr/prive/mentre/smp-faq/ To Unsubscribe: send "unsubscribe linux-smp" to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
