i am describing a bug in linux and you write now i must fix it?
Not necessarily, he's basically tell you that you are presenting the
problem to the wrong people, because it's not a kernel problem.
And he even showed you where solutions of this nature exist which you
can download, where no work need be done on your part to implement the
mechanism, because it's implemented already.
