If you want to use knfsd 1.4.1, you have to back out all the knfsd
related patches in 2.2.10-ac3 before applying nfsd-2.2.7-3.patch.

You need to show me how to reproduce it. BTW, you are running the
use-spaec nfsd before, your clients have to remount to use knfsd
since the file handle format has changed.
