It seems that all the post on the SMP mailing list are on the Intel
plaform. Is this because Intel is the only platform that supports SMP?
If SMP is supported on other platforms what are those platforms? And
what performance has anyone gotton from these platforms?
I would seriously consider buying a non Intel box like Alpha/Linux if it
supports SMP.
