Hi Linux SMP people,
Lots of time I see people in the mailing list with a very big swap partition (i.e. 1
Gb). I have an Asus P2B-DS motherboard with two P2-400 and 256Mb ram. Do I need such a
big swap partition for SMP? When I try to make a big swap partition than the mkswap
commands returns with "swapspace truncated to ..." Is there a maximum from around the
100 Mb for this commend? If I want / need a big one, what command do I have to use?
Greetings,
Roland Beuker
