I've only got good things to say about it.  It's cheap, and it works very
well.  If you're into overclocking, it's even better.  LOTS of bus speeds to
choose from in the BIOS.

It also has onboard UDMA/66, though you'll need a patch to use it (I think).
Some have complained that the 128K cache size on the Celerons would hurt SMP
performance, but unless it is going to be a heavily loaded system, I don't
think you'll notice anything.
