Thank you for all the help. I patched the kernel with
David's patch but it was not necessary after all:
I had the seller come here to reset BIOS and he found
the second CPU was not well attached to the slot...
Now both CPU's are working very well!
I feel really ashamed (but happy, of course!)
Anyway, I learned a lot from you guys. Thanks again,
and sorry fort the trouble and incovenience...
