I'm sorry if this is not really related to linux-smp,
but i have a linux box that uses W6Li motherboard that died because
of bios update failure, i hope that someone in this list knows how to
salvage my bios and hopefully bring the system back w/o sending mobo back
to diamond (because their customer service sucks).

I tried to boot using the recover disk downloadable from diamond's site,
but i don't even get video nor any post beeps. Is there a jumper in the
motherboard i have to enable in order for the recovery disk to work ?

I checked the manual and no such thing is available, and diamond strictly
will not answer question like this according to the automated reply i got
when i tried to email them about the problem.

Any help is appreciated,
TIA
Sunaryo
