Since upgrading to 2.2.x kernels, my machine (dual P200) tends to crash
quite often, sometimes twice a day. It ran perfectly stable under 2.0.x
(uptimes of more than 100 days). The crashes are almost reproducible
when browsing certain WWW sites using Netscape 4.7 with the flash player
4 plugin installed (e.g. a very reliable "crasher" is
www.skispringen.de). Since it makes no difference whether I run netscape
locally or remote, I suspect that it is the X server that crashes my
machine. However, the same software runs absolutely flawlessly on
several of our uniprocessor machines.

My hardware setup:
Dual Pentium MMX 200 on GA-586DX with Adaptec AIC-7880 on-board
64MB EDO RAM
HDD IBM DCAS-34330
ATI 3D Rage II+DVD
Fast ethernet controller DEC Tulip

Software:
Linux kernel 2.2.14 (same with earlier kernels)
X server XF86_Mach64 Version 3.3.5

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Regards,
Juergen
