hello all!

machine 1
Twin pI 133 64MB 256k cache linux 2.2.13 SMP
top (w/no other programs running) 34-40 mb of used memory

machine 2
twin pIII 450 128MB sdram linux 2.2.12 SMP
top (w/no other programs running) 15mb memory used

Similarly configured kernals. Enough disk space on both. What gives?
Does anybody have a clue why memory on the twin pI 133 machine is twice
as big as the other machine?
                                                Thanks for your replies,
                                                -al
