No, I am not overclocking. I am running at the rated speed for both CPUs
and in addition, I have a second fan on my system and I used thermal paste
to keep things cool.
I would try underclocking (!) but my FSB can only be set down to 66 Mhz
which is what I am currently using.
Windows 2000 Professional, by the way, seems to run fine (*).
(*) For a Microsoft product, that is. :)
