A while back, I asked about smp-power-off and was directed to apm.c in
kernel sources. I did find the test of smp-hack, but I couldn't determine
whether smp-power-off can be set at boot time or must be compiled. Based on
a quick scan, it looks like compilation is necessary. I checked some doc on
boot options and didn't see it mentioned there. Does anyone know one way or
the other? That way, I can narrow my search.
