I have several HP Kayak XU800 PCs. Each have dual 600 MHz processors with 256M of RAM. I'm running Red Hat 6.2 Kernel 2.2.14-5.0smp. I use these machines as call generators so each has a Digi International Data Fire RAS PTE 48 port (rev10) board installed. Quite frequently they reboot while generating calls with the error "in swapper task - not syncing". However, on a graceful reboot I've notice an error message stating "WARNING: unexpected IO-APIC, please mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED]". Could this have something to do with the reboots I see when the boxes are under load? I have attached the log of kernel messages. Any information or assistance you can offer will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance, Jeff Henry <<messages.kern>>
