Hi,
Just was reading through dmesg on my new machine trying to figure out
what devices to configure for the kernel, and saw a message telling me to
email here. I've attached all the information that seems relevant, if you
need something else let me know. The machine is a dual Coppermine Dell
420, with (IIRC) an i840 MB. It's running 2.2.15. And if I shouldn't have
sent this here I would recommend getting the kernel source changed to
point to the right place. :)
I haven't noticed any problems with it that would seem related to SMP
troubles (random crashes or general weirdness), so worst case the kernel
is ignoring one of my CPUs.
Regards,
Jack
