if you mean the S2DM3, that's an i840 board with PC133 adapter.
this is a *nasty* little setup: expensive, but doesn't stand
a chance of performing well.  there are much better alternatives
available.

this is RADICALLY broken!  I suspect the L2 cache on your CPUs
is disabled.  my Duron/600/PC133 shows >1700 MB/s on this measure,
and a pokey old P6/200 shows 340 MB/s, and a P5/166 shows 170!

time to look at those bios settings...
and consider exchanging the board for a reasonable design.
