Cards that can do 16/16 full duplex:

- Crystal CS423x based (ISA)
- SB 64PCI/128PCI (PCI)
- S3 SonicVibes (PCI, out of production)
- most likely Trident 4D (PCI)

- ESS Solo1 could do it, but we haven't gotten the driver working
  in recording mode
