UDP is not yet part of the standard LiS distribution,
but I have some UDP TPI code at
http://www.sparre.dk/pub/linux/LiS/
Here you should also be able to find a ROT-13 module
that can be pushed on top of the UDP provider, and an
XTI library for LiS.
