There is a commercial STREAMS for Linux offered by Mentat.  Their version has a
full TCP/IP stack with it.  So if you have need of a STREAMS based TCP/IP for
Linux and can afford to pay license fees, e.g., if it is for some commercial
product of your own, then contact them.

At Gcom, we have used the Mentat STREAMS on Windows NT and find it to be an
excellent implementation.
