Glenn: This was a problem with interactions involving the ld.so.preload file. I have placed a new version of LiS-2.11, named LiS-2.11.1.tgz on our ftp site. It has a quick and dirty fix for the problem that involves leaving a small file on disk in /lib when LiS is uninstalled. It installs as LiS-2.11 but displays LiS-2.11.1 as its kernel daemon name. For reference, the recommended procedure to un-install LiS is this: streams stop cd /usr/src/LiS make uninstall cd .. rm -rf LiS LiS-2.11 -- Dave "Baker, Glenn" wrote: > > -----Original Message----- > > From: Baker, Glenn > > Sent: Thursday, February 15, 2001 4:52 PM > > To: '[EMAIL PROTECTED]' > > Subject: Removing LiS-2.10 > > > > Hello, > > > > I have problems un-installing LiS-2.10.
