Is there an equivalent to Sun's drv_usectohz() in LiS?
Also, does a lis_spin_lock_t need to be destroyed when it
is no longer needed?
BTW, in LiS/include/sys/dki.h, the following comment has
a typo: "The function timeout is alled...".
